I'm genuinely confused how this place has 5 star reviews. I was glad I had read previous reviews because when they tried to do the retinal imaging, I declined it. The doctor was friendly & professional, but then when I told her I liked my current contacts, she put me in a different brand (which I later learned is $20 more per box). I resisted their pressure multiple times to buy them at the store and now when I called to get a prescription for the contacts I wanted in the first place, they told me "We just got back from lunch, call back in 30 mins when maybe someone else can help you." Bad customer service from start to finish, now I'm going to have to go in person to TRY and get the correct prescription without getting charged again.

Horrible customer service. I went to this location as it was convenient, but will never again. The doctor was competent and got my vision corrected without issue. Everything after that was a disaster. Went to go purchase contacts and was judged when I said I would like to shop elsewhere, so I was pressured into buying contacts from them. Was told this would be the best way and the shopping would be the fastest, I was running out of old contacts so I did it. Mistake on my part, they took almost two months to arrive and when I questioned that I was told I was wrong again. Finally the contacts come in and I can’t see very well. It’s not a big difference so I was left to wonder if it was just a bad box of contacts. The second box was fine so I was glad I waited. Then the third box, I had the same problem. So I called, told the person who answered the phone my story, and he then blamed me for not knowing I had a different prescription for different eyes. I was never told this by a doctor or sales person. The boxes were unlabeled and somehow this is my fault. I spent an insane amount of money on these contacts with horrible service. They will blame you for everything and take no accountability for their terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs

READ REVIEWS! Beware this is a SHAM AND SCAM: basically like a prior review mentioned, you go in for a new prescription (I went for contacts and glasses), without asking or informing me that it would cost more money, they perform "retinal imaging" I did not need or want (extra $44). When I checked out (I called twice prior to confirm my insurance covered everything) they told me my total was $150. Lol. What? When I asked why and the extra charges the FAT, rainbow colored hair assistant told me she’d ask the manager to handle it for her. They ended up ripping my prescription and throwing it away because I refused to pay their up charges and didn’t buy anything from them. How is this place still running boggles my mind. The doctor was perfectly professional.
