This is the best My Eye Dr I have been to. Everyone who helped me was so kind! Jennifer (who works the front desk) is so welcoming, patient, and willing to help. I told my whole family to switch to this location.

I LOVE this location. The staff is so incredibly kind. Every interaction leaves me with remembering what a difference just kind people make in an experience. Dr. Ruhina Shemna is the BEST. Best eye Dr. I've had in 25+ years. Appointments are always quick and easy. I will never leave as long as you keep the same great people!

I have been going to my Eye Dr in Cary (Walnut St location) for about ten years. I am happy to say each and every visit has been pleasant and professional. From the time you walk in the door until you leave. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Sharon. As a veteran being referred through the Veterans Administration, she went above and beyond to ensure all my referral documentation was provided accurately. Dr. Sheena, as always was pleasant and professional and took time to discuss all my concerns. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of my technician, but she was also professional in her portion of my exam. I left there today feeling seen and heard which is a rarity these days. Thank all the staff for their assistance. I look forward to returning next year.

My eye doc was FANTASTIC!! Paulina helped me adjust my glasses without an appointment. She was very kind and made sure I was satisfied with the fit of my glasses before I left. The entire office staff was so welcoming & accommodating! Highly recommend!

They were great! My contact lens fell out of my left eye, and it was the last one I had. I called my optometrist office and they had no appoints for weeks. I called MyEyeDr in Cary to make an appointment for an eye exam, hoping to get an appointment the same day. They had no available appointments, but Kelly was kind and gave me a sample contact lens until my appointment in a few weeks. The staff were kind and welcoming when I went to pick up my contacts. I'm switching from my other optometrist to MyEyeDr due to their outstanding service and kind behavior. They went above and beyond all of my expectations, thank you again.
