Absolutely the best staff and doctor. Everyone, doc included, took their time making sure my individual needs were met to the best of their ability. They make everyone feel warm and welcome. Lynn helped me find the right frames for my face and was both kind and helpful. While I was in, there was a difficult customer wanting a lot of explanation and the man talking to him was very patient and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail to the customer. I could tell the customer came in worried but he left very happy and noticeably relieved. You’ll leave there feeling better than you went in!

Dr. Floyd is very patient and caring. She takes her time to give you full attention during the eye examination, and will make the best recommendation for contacts and/or eye glasses. She cares about her customers. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They will handle and process all your transactions with your insurance co. They go the extra mile.
