Bought a pair of glasses from them at a cost of over 1000.00 dollars and told them before I left I could not see. Dr was not concerned in the least. The glasses sit in my drawer because they refuse to do anything or help get the prescription right. When Dr Houghton owned it before this current person. I never had any trouble and went to Dr Houghton for over 25 years.I refuse to give him the respect of Dr. I'll just say person never bothered to address my issue just told me sorry there was nothing he could do. Save your money and go to premier vision. They are awesome. Office staff is way better.They don't steal your money. Dr Kayci Houlette is the best.

Went about a year ago and the doctor was very speedy and rude, telling me it was “normal” for things to be a little blurry? Now my prescription has been foggy and blurry for an entire year, even though that has NEVER happened to me at any other eye doctor. I also broke my glasses and they refused to fix them even for a fee…so I’m out of luck and won’t be back here next year. Update: they did comment back, call and email me, but when I called back twice and emailed back I was ignored. Review still stands

About a month ago I went in for my yearly appointment, and I ordered some more contacts. Well a month went by and I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and the front ladies told me my contacts had been picked up. So, I told them it was not me who picked them up and they said "Oh well we can order them for you it should take a week" I said that would be great. I went in today 6/16/23 to pick them up and they gave me two (2) individual contacts. They were rude the entire 2 minutes I was in there to order more. Dr. Smith is fantastic and I have been going to him for over 10 years. He needs a new front office staff.
