At My eye doctor every employee is a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed by all the employees. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I have never been more impressed than I was with my experience at MyEyeDr. The exam rooms and reception areas are very clean and neat. I have never had any other office give such great service! I experienced an individual being extremely rude to the staff while I was there. I heard him say his name when he checked in due to being at the counter. I wish I made a note of his name. I could post the name of the person who thinks he has the right to call people names and be disrespectful due to his own mistakes with his insurance company. I wish I could have escorted him out to the parking lot and gave him a little wall to wall counseling ! In conclusion,I would recommend My eye doctor to everyone who needs any kind of optical services. Best experience I have ever had!!! If I remember the name of Mr. Rude, I will post his name so everyone who may be at My Eye Doctor will know who to give Wall to Wall counseling !!!!!

Dr Baisden is an outstanding optometrist. He’s professional and friendly. Dr Baisden helped me transition to new contacts and progressive lenses for my glasses.The process was seamless. The office staff is exceptional. Ann in particular! She helped me choose the best progressive lens and got me the best price possible. I ordered new contacts and they didn’t have enough trials so she went to another location on a Saturday to pick them up for me. That’s the definition of exceeding expectations! I

From the minute Cathy answered my phone call, she was able to access the urgency of the issue I was having with my eyes and found a spot to get me in right away. I will always be grateful for her professionalism and kindness. Dr.Pierangeli and Dr. Rosenberg were so knowledgeable and very comforting during a painful and scary eye emergency. Maureen did my diagnostic workup and was very calming and professional. My several visits were completed with Ann who took her time finding the best possible price for my new contacts.
