They do a great job! Dr. Moore was patient and thorough with my exam. She also asked questions about my habits to make suggestions. I require specialty contacts and her bedside manner didn't make me feel like I was a mutant burden. She double checked my eyes and noted in my chart. Justin made the rest of my experience uncomplicated and easy. I appreciate how he checked other frames in the system that were different from the displays. He knows his stuff. Glasses always give me a pain on my ear and he knew exactly what to troubleshoot to solve the problem! He also took the time to review my insurance and self pay options and offered to price match the frames from another discount store. That kind of above and beyond seems like the norm for this office.

I came here weeks ago ad picked up my glasses last night. Not only was the tint poor and incorrect, the prescrition is off. I have never had a headache aftwr using readera ovsr the counter. I paid over $900 bucks inclucing insurance and co-pay. The Tory Burch frames are absolutely spectacular but these glasses must be returned tomorrow. The lens preacription is wrong. I attempted to pick up last week but they refused to wait a few minutes for my arrival. Though I ranked this busi ess highly when the company requested the survey, I rescind my high rank and give this business a 3. This correction is consistent with the others in the population who need help with reading glasses for computer use. I am very disappointed. Actually I am shocked! I should have returned to Thomas Eye Group.
