Never will I go there again or recommend My Eye Dr. @ The Quarry. Poor service. They messed up my order and said they would put a rush on it? NOT. Ended up canceling the order. Management was terrible. Kept you on hold forever. Poor contact with customer. Wish I looked at the YELP reviews before going there. BEWARE FOLKS.

I've been to this location a few times now and have never been anything less than completely satisfied! I went in today with no appt (I was only supposed to be picking up replacement lenses) but decided to look around because I was in need of new prescription sunglasses. The place I purchased the pair I have now from (different company) really warped them when I took them in to be adjusted. Previously, they had entered my prescription incorrectly so I ended up waiting over 2 months for my glasses and sunglasses. I know I should have taken them back but after those 2 mishaps, I didn't feel confident they could or would actually remedy the situation. I mentioned this as I was talking with Myra (she's amazing!) and she offered to try to help fix them, even though she had no obligation to. I still purchased a new pair (my prescription changed) but she was able to make my current pair comfortable to wear while I wait. I cannot say enough good things about this location and all the staff, especially Myra :) I don't even live near the quarry but the drive is totally worth it.

Courteous, professional, and a very nice crew of people. My transaction and encounter with the whole staff has been fast and efficient. Every staff member here is ready and willing to help you with a smile on their face.
