The staff that handles glasses doesn't know and won't help. Pick your frames but don't expect any help from staff. Giving uninformed and incorrect answers about insurance coverage. God forbid you have medicaid, the condescending demeanor is disgusting. Ive been doing glasses for my kids for 22 years and I have never been treated this way.

Customer service not good with some. Mrs. Wanda is wonderful. Manager attitude not great concerning her employees customer service. Been with the company for years but I will start looking for a different company. Companies need managers that set good examples of customer service so the employees will do the same

I went to this store to get new glasses for my son. The staff were very nice and wanted to make sure the glasses fit my son properly. The selection of glasses on the wall are varied so you should be able to find the style you are looking for. The facility is very clean and they have plenty of room to seat multiple customers comfortably in the store. They also have many mirrors at each chair so you can see the results of your selection. We had one of the sales representatives fit my son's glasses for him and told us if needed further to come back later. My son used his glasses for about four days and we came back for a slight adjustment and the representative was more than helpful to bend them more for him. They were very polite! Nice store with friendly people!
