Every single interaction I have with the staff at this location has been phenomenal! The attention and care they give to patients here is unmatched. When I came in a couple weeks ago, I got a free pair of sunglasses with my glasses prescription. And the woman who helped me swap out my frames today did an amazing job, and she is always so bubbly and full of positive energy every time I go.

This place is great. The employees are personable and very nice to work with. I had an issue with some glasses that I ordered. They went above and beyond from a customer service experience. Way better than the REI in Prosper. Don't ever go there.

Dr.Peck is experienced and thorough. I highly recommend her if you have an astigmatism. This is my third pair of glasses from this specific location. What sets them apart is their customer service. This round of glasses, I was very indecisive and even requested a new pair of lenses & frames. Brian & his team continued to provide patience & great customer service until I found my perfect pair. Although I live in Dallas and have several locations closer, I highly recommend this specific location. Thank you!

My experience at this ophthalmic clinic was exceptionally positive, characterized by the warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff. The doctor demonstrated both kindness and a high level of informativeness. Furthermore, the selection of eyewear was excellent, enabling me to choose two pairs of glasses. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for your vision care requirements.

Absolutely flawless experience. You really feel taken care of as if you were a good friend of each employee. I have been going to Dr. Peterson for 15+ years and have followed him here to MyEyeDr off Hebron. He and Tanner really hooked me up with an amazing deal on my contacts today. They even supplied me with plenty of contacts while I was waiting for my new insurance to kick in, and for while I wait for the contacts to be delivered. Thanks guys!

I tried using my insurance for my frames, but there were not as many options for wide frames, despite my insurance having a higher frame allowance. Also, the ad ons are higher than I expected with my insurance. Went back to Visionworks instead. Do better, please.
