The reviews are exactly what is stated and not the ones fudged up. I never had a opportunity to see the Doctor for the first appointment was totally my fault my appointment was 11:15am and I was in route and called at that time and the Manger(gentleman) stated Doctor had already gone to lunch and rescheduled for 4:30pm when I arrived at 4:28pm he said the doctor was gone and he said 4:15pm is what he said . Not to argue I know he did not but I will say from what the reviews say and seeing them when I did get in the reviews are totally correct. They just need to get their business correct and run it in a professional and caring manner. God bless the entire company and prayers are definitely lifted to eventually get some order and professional help.

I was there in July and I wanted contacts but my appointment was just for glasses so the person who helps you for frames told me that they were running a special for $89. They wouldn’t use my insurance and save it for contacts appointment. Hi, go there today and they’re telling me my whole appointment is out-of-pocket and I’m asking them why and they’re telling me that because my insurance was used last time which it wasn’t supposed to be. Telling me that my insurance only covers lenses which isn’t true. They cover lenses, frames and the appointment so I only would’ve had to pay the extra for image of the eye exam. I spent $100 out-of-pocket and they use all my insurance.

Just don't go here. They didn't tell my husband that there were two options for disposable lenses and sold him the more uncomfortable lenses in the process. I was offered the best kind of disposables at my first visit, which is how he found out. They didn't have me try on my contacts at all before I walked out the door. I drove home with extremely limited vision because of the drops. Hmmm...
