I absolutely love this office. I can always get onto the schedule promptly and everyone is so friendly! From getting checked In with April to pre exam with Brittany to seeing Dr. Pritchard. However, my favorite part is glasses shopping with Ms. Kim! She just gets your style and pull the best selections to make it so easy! Thanks to this office

It was my first visit with my kids and it was a very good one. I spoke with April when I called for the appointments and she was nice and friendly. On the appointment day, I met April and she recalled our entire conversation on the phone. The office staffs are courteous and very prompt. There is no wasting time.

Made an appointment. Confirmed appointment. Made plans to have child at appointment. Got child to appointment. When arrived, doctor was in standstill traffic and apparently the phones stopped working for a phone call. No one could reach out and reschedule. I understand things happen, but communication is 2 way now. If you are going to require confirmations, paperwork and enforce a cancellation policy, a phone call to cancel an appointment is a courtesy.
