Hopefully this was an isolated situation… I ordered safety glasses from here, after 2 weeks i called to check on them and see when they’d arrive, the lady told me they shipped that day. The next week, I called again to get an update and the lady told me they couldn’t find the frames and we’re sending the display frames from the store to be fitted with lenses. At this point we were almost 3 weeks past since I ordered glasses, now 4 weeks later, I’ve got display frames for my new glasses with no offer whatsoever for a refund, rebate, or any other effort to make this right. Hopefully someone else has better luck here, I won’t be back though.

I broke my glasses and had no contacts or eyeglasses. I received an eye exam somewhere else that was out of stock of the trial pair of contacts I needed, so I was left hanging while waiting for my order of contacts to come in. I called asking if they had a trial pair I could potentially purchase, and was told I had to make a purchase with them to receive trial contacts. I have already ordered contacts elsewhere so asked if they would be willing to help me out if I ordered frames, lenses, or both through them, since I still need new glasses. I was told that no, that would not work, even though I would be giving them money. So even though I was willing to make a purchase through them and pay for a pair of trial contacts they receive for free and had on hand using a prescription from as recent as yesterday, I was told no over and over. I would not consider making any purchase here now as they try to force you to go through them for your eye exam and would rather lose money on glasses than hand over a pair of contacts they paid nothing for. It makes no sense and I will be sure to let friends know of how unhelpful they are.

Went in Saturday (6-24-23)to pick up my safety glasses. Could not see out of them. The young lady that was helping me would not listen to what I was saying. She kept insisting that I take them. Then a gentleman with a mask came over and try to tell me it was a new prescription and my eyes would have to adjust. He wouldn’t listen either because they are the same prescription as I am wearing. I ordered them with my new glasses back in may. He finally realized that when he looked on the computer. He said he would let me know something on 6-26. Haven’t heard from them. Very disappointed with there service
