I visited this location in September when I needed new eye glasses. I was very impressed by the doctor and the rest of the staff. They were all very helpful in helping me choose the correct frames for my face and helping me to use all of the benefits my eye insurance provided. Janay, the office manager has been very helpful in helping me with the adjustments needed to my frames to ensure a proper fit. I received my glasses just as promised in 10 business days and am very happy with them. They have a great selection of frames and I will definitely return as needed. I will continue to recommend this location and staff to my friends and family.

My experience at this location has been terrible in all but one area. The doctor is great - friendly and experienced. But the rest of the operation, from the manager to the employees to the lab are terrible. I had an eye exam in May 2023. It is now the end of October and I am still waiting on my glasses. They have had to remake the lenses 4 TIMES. Focal point was not in the right place 3 times! Then, the prescription was finally right but they made the lenses Transitions but I didn’t order Transitions. I have been waiting at least 2 months for the replacement lenses and haven’t received any communication. I emailed and left messages all this week. Finally, get someone on the phone today who tells me that the remake (to make the transitions lenses not transitions) had to be approved by the district manager. That approval was given but I still don’t have my lenses. She called the lab while I waited on hold. She returns and says the lab is closed. Period. No follow up to say “I’ll call them as soon as they open on Monday and follow up with you.” Nope. I had to ask for them to follow up with the lab and let me know when they will be available for pick up. I have been so patient. Not complained terribly. Been very understanding but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. There’s no follow up on my order. No accountability. I will never return to this location.

Dr. Birdsong is great. I have full confidence in her work. We got charged $44 for an annual eye exam that should be free with our insurance. Always is. The explanation was that they are no longer dilating and instead using a new machine to image the retina. That is great, but the unexpected $44 for a free annual exam is not.
