As soon as I entered the building I was greeted with a warm welcome, a smile and an offer to help me. The office was very organized and clean and had a large selection of very nice eye frames. The employee who helped me on 6/20 was very knowledgeable and had such a nice personality. I was having trouble making a decision on which eye frame to buy and she found one that I love. She was very patient and kind. My experience was a very positive one and I will definitely go back again

Took my daughter here for the first time to have her prescription filled for new glasses. Crystal the receptionist was pleasant and nice. The doctor was nice but a little rushy and somewhat sarcastic. I didn't care for that at all. Besides that, it's a nice office and my daughter picked out the frames she like with no problem, she had plenty to choose from. Will be back in 2 wks to pick up her glasses.

I came in for a eye exam. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in by a nice lady name Denise (the manager). As busy as they were, they got to me in a timely manner. The technician Celeste was extremely polite and helpful. She took my retinal photos and got me set up for Dr. McFarland. Dr. McFarland did an exceptional job on my exam. Overall was very satisfied with my appointment, even with how busy they were. The technician Celeste even help me pick out a pair of glasses after they closed. Customer service is out of this world. 10 out of 10 would recommend. This team at my eye doctor is extraordinary.
