The eye doctor and staff were excellent! They accepted my insurance as an in-network provider. Donna was extremely helpful with placing my new glasses order. The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as “in process.” When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.

Almost everything from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Felicia, at the front desk, was especially helpful and patient while we worked out insurance. She has a great personality! She immediately greeted me with a friendly welcome when I first came in and helped get me set up. Jeremy was also awesome with the initial screening and helped make me comfortable for my appointment. I appreciate the roles and work done by everyone there. The reason for the 3/5 stars is because of the breakdown of charges- I had to pay an extra $145 just for having an astigmatism, which I feel is highly discriminatory, and never in my life have I been charged with that before at other clinics. I was also charged an extra $44 for having pictures taken of my inner eye, which I was not made aware was not covered under the comprehensive exam or insurance. Usually there is an additional form to opt in/out of this service, but they did not provide me with one. They did not make me aware of these extra charges ahead of time, and I felt that to be unfair. I filed a complaint with corporate in hopes to get some of my money back. I recommend going here as far as the service, but pay attention to the charges for services for what you need/want!
