It was my first time needing and getting glasses, so I was a bit nervous. All of the staff was wonderful. They make sure you're well taken care of from the moment you walk in with the wonderful receptionist to the doctor to the ladies helping me pick out frames and making sure they fit well when the finished glasses come in. Never once was I treated differently because I have Medicaid. In fact, despite this office no longer taking my Medicaid and my prescription being from more than a year ago but not long enough ago to get a new exam and glasses somewhere else, she helped both of us out tremendously by adjusting the prescription to allow for us to replace our broken glasses. She had no obligation to help us out, no one from that office did. There was no benefit to them for helping us fix our broken eye glasses situation...none at all, but she went out of her way to make sure we could resolve it anyways. She is top notch and has always been kind and polite every time we have been in that office. Our only complaint would be that we can't continue to go there for our eye exams and glasses in the future because they no longer take our insurance, but that isn't anything that the wonderful people in that office have control over. In addition, we have never seen anyone in the office treat anyone else any differently than we were. We've only witnessed the same 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service being provided to all who come through their door. Thanks to all of you for everything! We appreciate you so much! Keep up the awesome work!

Today was my first appointment at this location, and I was impressed! From the helpful and friendly receptionist, to the techs, to the assistance with choosing new glasses- it was such an easy process. Dr. Reeves was great as well.Everyone was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Today my daughter had an appointment with Dr. White as it was her first time at this location as well as handling everything herself ( just turned 18). She said that Dr. White was great and I sat in with her after the appointment to choose her new glasses, I believe her name was Rhonda was very helpful and pleasant. She helped my daughter with her selection as well as having her glasses shipped to a closer store. Overall pleased with appointment
