My sons were new patients, the front staff and DR. GOSKA were great. My sons felt welcomed and the doctor explained my kid’s diagnosis to their father, and to the boys. And they were kind enough to see our sons at the same time. We will make this our permanent place for optometry

Horrible experience. The front desk individual up charged me for an exam that I did not know was an additional cost. I did not pay that exam fee because had I known it was an additional cost I would not have wanted it. Also, the eye doctor is extremely condescending and WILL NOT let you speak when trying to discuss concerns. He had a very bad attitude when I couldn't see the letters on the screen and when I tried to express my concern he spoke over me. An eye doctor shouldn't make a customer cry if they are struggling to read the letters. Tip for Mr. Timothy Miller, please practice better bed side manner. You were extremely rude. I went here based on the reviews others have left but unfortunately I did not have the same experience. I would NOT go back again.

What an amazing experience! Everyone of the staff was so nice and helpful. They made sure my insurance was squared away and were upfront about all costs. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, I felt like I was in good hands. It was quick but not rushed. 10/5 stars would recommend!
