I'm so glad I found this place. They accommodate a working mom with the later day appointment. They are quick. I was able to take the whole family. They take a plethora of insurance coverages and work with the insurance to maximize your benefits. Its convenient location because I'm always over in canton crossing anyway. And most important, they have great staff, clean office and always friendly. Even when I'm not getting an exam, i pop into shop the glasses selection. Highly recommend

I have been coming to MyEyeDr for years, visiting a variety of locations and all the visits have been subpar being that its been limited to the basic eye exam, minimal discussion of the doctors findings and then me checking out until my appointment with Dr. Cerina Buchanan. I have never had such a more thorough appointment. She is extremely informative and I really appreciated how in depth her examination was as she addressed any and all possible subjects pertaining to my eye health. I made her aware during my visit that I have NEVER experienced a more comprehensive evaluation until seeing her. She is a phenomenal doctor and I plan on only seeing her for future appointments.

I had a great experience coming here! This was my first eye exam, and Dr. Buchanan made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She was extremely informative, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Deirdre was also such a delight! She was so kind and helpful when it came to picking out my new glasses. Overall, the whole experience was welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best eye exams EVER. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The flow was very nice & Dr. Buchanan was super informative, enthusiastic & professional! Good energy all around.

This is the best eye exam I’ve had in a long time. It actually made me have more respect for myeyedr franchise as a whole. The entire staff is knowledgeable and informative. You can tell that everyone in there likes what they do and enjoys coming to work. Not to mention the entire staff is Black with a Black woman Dr. Leading the way.

This optometrist in Canton is fantastic and so are all her staff! Highly recommend. She knew all about rare conditions and their sequelae. I really felt like she knew so much about rare conditions, and discussed them so enthusiastically, that I would easily trust the average consumer in her care, too. The staff have impenetrable patience with me as I try new glasses and contacts. They advise me, laugh with me, and share my frustrations. This is not an easy process for me and I'm happy to have found a provider that genuinely cares.
