My family and I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and after how I was treated today I WILL NOT ever step foot into myeye Dr on Beach again! My glasses snapped in half and I had a replacement frame that I just needed my lenses taken out of one pair and snapped into my other pair. I could of probably of did it myself but was uncomfortable doing it and couldn’t afford my lenses breaking. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me…waited around 15 mins before another tech walked out to help. He asked what I needed and I explained that all I needed was to switch out my lenses to my other pair because I needed them to drive and read. He told me it was going to be 30 minute wait…I explained to him again I just need my lenses switched out and again he told me it was going to be 30 min wait for something that would not even take 5 mins. Already dealing with a migraine because I haven’t wore my glasses for a few hours I got up and told him if it was something I could do because I really need my glasses fixed…his response was if I was comfortable. I could not believe how I was treated for a service that would take maybe a couple of minutes of his time. So disappointed I walked out and now I had to figure out another place I could go to have my lenses put into my other frames. I remembered Target has a optometrist so I headed over to the Target in Presidio and was greeted by a sweet lady named Jennifer . I told her I wasn’t a customer and I had went to my regular eye Dr first…anyways if she would kindly help me out because I’m already dealing with a migraine and I needed my glasses. She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. It took her not even 1 minute to switch out my lenses. I could not believe how fast Jennifer fixed my problem. My family of 6 spends over $1000 dollars yearly but I will not spend another penny with them!!! I’m taking our business elsewhere!!!!

What an absolutely terrible work environment. I was recently a patient at myeyedr Beachwood for an exam. The technicians who worked on my photos were very funny and seemed to really care about my experience. I believe their names were Cay and Sonya. They helped me get over my fear of having my eye pressure taken. I highly recommend requesting them as your techs. However, the management was quite unprofessional and disappointing. The manager came into the photo room and yelled at her employees in front of patients, including myself, making it very uncomfortable. After yelling at them in front of patients, she then continued to speak harshly towards them in the next room over. At the end of my exam I asked for her name and she said “Lauren”. If you’re thinking of visiting myeyedr for an exam, DONT go to the Beachwood location. If I were in charge of this establishment, I would get rid of Lauren immediately. She is such negative energy to the work place.
