I want to give this place better rating, but the wait times were long and I did not feel like the staff was attentive to me. The doctor was great, but I still felt like my appointment was a bit rushed after waiting at least 30 minutes. I was also not happy about the extra charge just for NOT doing dilation. I won't be coming back, unfortunately. Luckily, things were so rushed no one remembered to schedule me a follow up...

Ordered my glasses on May 25th and here it is June 16 and I still don't have them. I'm moving out of town on the 21st and ordered these Well in advance so I wouldn't have to drive 14 hours without sunglasses. They claim the lab sat on my order instead getting it ready. Someone dropped the ball here and I'm paying for it. This place is a nightmare to deal with. Not to mention the girl that answers the phone gives you attitude when you try to get any type of answer from her. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This place is terrible. Not only are their glasses sub quality, cost me $375 out of pocket and then they bill my insurance as well .. Then they try to bill you more money a year after you've bought and paid for your glasses. Literally a year later and I am getting collection calls now for $130 dollars. Swindling at it's best! The Triangle branch employees say will call you back, or oh this was our fault will take care of it. But they don't. People avoid the headache with My Eye Doctor. There are better options. Zero stars.
