Had difficulty making an appointment online for a preferred time, so I decided to walk in. Although the receptionist on duty at the time was not very personable (maybe she had a lot going on or was having one of those days), she was able to schedule a time and day that worked for me. On the day of my appointment, the receptionist (a different one) was very pleasant and welcoming. The technician was also pleasant and knowledgeable (thanks Kristen). I saw the teledoc who double checked my vision (still strange to not see an actual in person doctor in my opinion, but is just a sign of the times). I picked out new glasses with help from the person working in that area. Seamless appointment and time in the office.

Walked in on July 7th to get my eye exam done. Just so happened someone canceled, and I was able to be seen the same day. The staff was great, I was nervous because of all the negative reviews. However, I still gave them a chance, and the staff was all excellent. I'm glad I walked in and I would recommend others. The exam was virtual, l and it was awesome.
