Had apoointments for my daughter since August with the patrick henry store, got cancelled twice. Then they gave us an appointment at Denbigh store, it got cancelled as well. Then they tried to force us a schedule that did not fit out schedule. Also they refused to return the money we already paid. To make thing worse, they also cancelled my wife appointment. If you have time to waste, then you can choose their services. Otherwise, they provided the worse service and very unprofessional. They don't valued your time by keep changing the appoinments schedule only to cancel them at the end. I would rating zero star if possible.

Mrs Holly at the front desk was so rude to me over the phone pertaining to re-making my daughters glasses. Spoke very unprofessional on the phone. Prior occasions I came in she was at the front desk just seeming like she was having a terrible day. I hope upper management looks into this matter
