⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this office enough. I stopped by on a very last-minute visit because I had been dealing with severe eye irritation for over 20 hours, and the pain was becoming unbearable. After multiple places told me they couldn’t see me, this office found a way to fit me in, and I’m incredibly grateful they did. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. Anthony and Macalah were both incredibly professional, welcoming, and had such great personalities and positive energy that they immediately put me at ease. Angel was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout my visit. She also went above and beyond to help get all of my insurance information sorted out and make sure everything was set in stone, which I really appreciated. Melinda was so kind, gracious, and caring, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Barnes was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel confident that I was receiving the best care possible. It’s rare to find a team where every single person truly cares about helping others, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. They turned what had been a stressful and painful day into one where I felt heard, cared for, and genuinely valued. I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location for my eye care. Thank you all so much—it truly means more than you know. You are all exactly where you’re meant to be, helping people when they need it most.

I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help finding the right look. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and brought great energy to the experience. Angel, in particular, provided outstanding service. I left feeling very happy and excited about my new glasses.

Have gone here for two years now. Very flexible and work with you if things with prescriptions change. Very informative and everyone is kind and friendly.

My son is autistic and the staff was so amazing working with his issues and figuring out the help he needed with his prescription. My son is always anxious about medical appts; and he was calm, happy, and excited to work with Dr.Howell and our nurse, Kylie. There is a level of care given by this staff that just isn't found very often in the world anymore.
