My Consultant Name was Yeva,and she was a 10 out of 10.she gave me the best service that I could have ever hope for.,I had thought about finding another eye care facility but Yeva change my mind and now I'm staying.Thank you so much for not only being professional, but also for making me have a great experience with choosing my eyewear,and made sure I understood completely about the. My visit at My Eye Dr was exceptional! They met all of my very high expectations. The office was very clean, and the receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors. Everyone had a smile on their face and I really enjoyed my visit. The doctor that I saw did a great job on my Eye Exam. I felt like he really cared about my eyes, and he also asked me if I had any questions. I am also very impressed by the receptionist who helped me pick out my frames and lenses . Her name is Yeva; and she was quite caring and very friendly. I’ll give her the highest possible rating (10 out of 10 or a five out of five! I would even give her a 15 out of five!)! Moreover, I really enjoyed my visit at My Eye Dr! Also, I am telling my family and friends to get their next eye exam at My Eye Dr!

My first time at the 17th Ave. location and it was a 5-star experience start to finish. Chassity at the front desk made registration so easy, William tested eye pressure and other measurements in a skillfully professional manner, and the virtual visit with the tech who tested my vision and the optometrist who evaluated the results and reviewed the retinal scan with me went just as well as if they both were right there in front of me! And SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST was Anna, an L.D.O. (Licensed Dispensing Optician*) whose expertise made an enormous difference in helping me find the right frames and lense options. I will post again once the glasses are ready and I've had a chance to wear them. *In Georgia, L.D.O.s must pass state board examinations, hold national certifications, and earn their credentials through accredited schooling or monitored apprenticeship

I had an amazing visit to the eye doctor. Finally, I received the correct prescription after telling my previous eye doctor multiple times that my glasses and contacts weren't working for me, but they didn't respond. However, the staff at my new eye doctor's office were incredibly patient and kind. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule when other businesses said they didn't have any available appointments. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in by the front desk receptionist, who was very nice and patient. I wasn’t there more then an hour. My eye doctor, who I believe was named Mrs. Jennifer (though I could be wrong), was fantastic. She took the time to educate me thoroughly and answer all of my questions. There was also a helpful young man with a Courage the Cowardly Dog drawing on his desk, who assisted me with selecting glasses and contacts. He was so friendly and welcoming, and his enthusiasm for his job was infectious. I can't recall his name, but he definitely impressed me with the great deals he offered. He was patient and understanding even though I can be a picky customer. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my visit and the staff at the eye doctor's office. They made the experience enjoyable and made sure I left with the correct prescription and a positive impression.

Very bad experience They cancelled my appointment without any reason They said you have to call back for confirm your appointment it’s not make any sense I have to call back and confirm that Lady on reception very rude They sent me confirmation text message before one day to appointment so why I need to call and confirm that appointment. I was drowe 2 hours for the appointment
