I had an amazing visit to the eye doctor. Finally, I received the correct prescription after telling my previous eye doctor multiple times that my glasses and contacts weren't working for me, but they didn't respond. However, the staff at my new eye doctor's office were incredibly patient and kind. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule when other businesses said they didn't have any available appointments. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in by the front desk receptionist, who was very nice and patient. I wasn’t there more then an hour. My eye doctor, who I believe was named Mrs. Jennifer (though I could be wrong), was fantastic. She took the time to educate me thoroughly and answer all of my questions. There was also a helpful young man with a Courage the Cowardly Dog drawing on his desk, who assisted me with selecting glasses and contacts. He was so friendly and welcoming, and his enthusiasm for his job was infectious. I can't recall his name, but he definitely impressed me with the great deals he offered. He was patient and understanding even though I can be a picky customer. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my visit and the staff at the eye doctor's office. They made the experience enjoyable and made sure I left with the correct prescription and a positive impression.

Very bad experience They cancelled my appointment without any reason They said you have to call back for confirm your appointment it’s not make any sense I have to call back and confirm that Lady on reception very rude They sent me confirmation text message before one day to appointment so why I need to call and confirm that appointment. I was drowe 2 hours for the appointment
