My first time at myeye doctor was great! Dzana and the manager Irma were so helpful! Dr.Patel was very thorough and made me feel comfortable! I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience, start to finish. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They have a TON of frames to choose from! Pricing was right on point. Christine did an amazing job of seeing what benefits my insurance would contribute, and then expertly styled my frames. She found the most flattering frames that were so ME. They also have state of the art equipment. No more puffs of air scaring you silly for the glaucoma test! Highly recommend!!

This company never cease to amaze me. When the general manager, Joe used to work there this was an excellent location. Joe and the optometrist, Dr. Patel are amazing duo. Since Joe has left and all staff except Dr. Patel has changed this location is horrible. I walked in for my eye exam and waited 15 minutes for anybody to ask if I needed help. Thankfully Doctor Patel came out and got my exam started. I could be wrong but it is not the doctors job to get you started for your appointment. The new manager was spending all of her time on decorations for the office. She walked past me several times instead of asking if I needed help. I’m not exactly sure how she was working proficiently? I also watched her sit on her phone while a parent and child waited to check out. This is extremely inefficient management. When I went to check out for my eye exam it took this lady 10 minutes to figure out how to charge my appointment. She was looking at the cheat sheet piece of paper and still could not figure out how to charge my appointment. 10 minutes later she asked me for $432. I simply explained that the appointment is $204 like I was told on the phone. It took an additional 5 minutes for her to ring me out again. She needed more help as she simply did not know what she was doing. The manager of course could not be disrupted from her phone and decorations. I’m just curious how many people were over charged at this location due to employees being confused. None the less I have learned that I would prefer to get an eye exam from anywhere else. If it were not for their phenomenal doctor I wouldn’t be there. I truly don’t know how a company can operate with in proficient employees like this. If Joe was the GM this would have NEVER happened.
