Their online system doesn't work for check-in and the only person who can "work the credit card machine" is the person who sells you glasses. I had to wait to leave my appointment because she was busy with someone else while two others just sat there on their phones. The staff were friendly, but that's ridiculous.

You may want to avoid this alleged "eye doctor". I selected them since they within my health plan's provider network. I DID NOT CHOOSE WISELY.

Pam was awesome! She was very patient as my wife and I worked our way thru the hundreds of glasses. No pressure. She really cared about making sure that we were happy with our choices. Great customer service all around!!
