I had been going to this office for a few years and was fine with them. They weren't particularly timely and were more expensive than they should have been, but they were friendly. The lady that helps pick out frames and checks you out is amazing, and the tech is a nice guy who remembers the patients. However, this last year has been fraught with problems: prescriptions being so wrong they cause nausea and dizziness; ordering different brands of contacts rather than re-measuring that new perscription after telling the office about these issues; not being notified when these trial contacts arrived; being told to deal with less than perfect vision because of a complex eye issue and the aforementioned contacts not working. I'll be choosing a different optometrist who provides better patient care and customer service for my next eye appointment. This office would be fine if you have naturally good vision or don't have any complex/complicated/out-of-the-ordinary eye issues.

I’m not sure I’d choose this location again. Initially, I called to make an appointment, I left a voicemail and didn’t hear back from someone for 5 days. My actual exam was fine, I ordered contacts but my glasses were supposed to be in a week ago and they still haven’t arrived. I sort of wonder for the cost we paid, if another location might have a better selection and service? Maybe not.

Our son was involved in a really bad truck accident. His glasses were lost/broken during that time. He was a month over due for a new eye exam as well as his warranty had expired on his old glasses. Even with the warranty you have to provide atleast pieces of the glasses. When I called in to get the process started for his new glasses while our son was in the hospital. MyEye Dr. Took it upon themselves to cover his new glasses 100% free of charge. During a time period my son scared me worse then he ever has then he ever has they were there to ease what they could off my shoulders. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone that works there. I wouldn't imagine going else where after that kind of gesture. Thank you!!!
