I have always had a great experience at MyEyeDr. The staff at the Main Street Houston location are kind and helpful. I especially appreciate Sheryl for helping me order my contacts and always being a lovely presence. I also remember that she was equally lovely when I came in for a check up last year!

I came here a couple months ago and forgot to leave a review, but I adore this place. Dr. Marcaccio is just as great as she was when I was a kid, professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic at explaining medical issues in a way that average folk can understand. The rest of the staff there are also incredible. The receptionist, Margie, was very kind to me. I’m gender non-conforming, and not a one of the staff was weird about it at all, which is very unusual when it comes to medical situations. Good people, great care. My glasses work great and there’s a good selection of frames.

I can't help but rave about the exceptional service at Dr. Nguyen's office. Every visit is a reminder of what superb customer care looks like. Dr. Nguyen combines expertise with genuine concern, making every eye exam thorough and comforting. Margie Tech matches this excellence with her technical savvy and patient assistance, ensuring every question I have is answered with clarity and warmth. And then there's Angel in the eyewear section, making my checkout process great. The trio’s commitment to going above and beyond – a rarity in today's rushed world. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in need of eye care. Thank you for consistently making my experience so positive! Going 2 years strong!
