Staff was very rude to me and my father when coming to get info on glasses. I would not recommend this place. We decided to go somewhere else.

Some bad reviews on here, I'm not sure why. My experience was great from start to end. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor at this location is a true gem, he's been there since it was Fishers Optical. Everything was spot on in my eyes, no pun intended.

I waited 30minutes on hold with no response. I called back a few minutes later. Was put on hold for 10minutes with no response. I was checking on lenses for the 2nd time, Messed up 1st set. I never had this problem when it was Fisher Optical. I will be taking my business to another eye center.
