I ordered new lenses almost a month ago. Ten days ago I was told they were in. I went to pick them up. Not in. It was mistake. Today I called to see if the were in. I was told Kim, the manager, would be back in 30 minutes and call me. 1 1/2 hours later I called and asked for Kim. I am told she was told to call me. She decided it was more important to go to do sales, instead. She couldn't find 10 minutes to look into where my lenses are and call me. Are you serious??? Heather, the person I talked to couldn't help me and gave my canned responses. Yet here I sit needing my new lenses. After this is resolved, I will not patron this group.

I have never been to an eye doctor like this before. the staff member Brittany was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process. She was efficient, professional, and she knows what she’s doing! Ashlynn and Heather were also very helpful and professional throughout my appointment as well and aided to the positive experience. By far the best eye doctor ever and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!!

Very great experience! Dr. Charles was awesome. Honest straight to the point and very helpful. As was the rest of the staff that greeted me and checked me. And to finish everything up with contact fitting and checking out/getting insurance settled. Kim was amazing. Will be recommending to others!
