Had a wonderful experience at My Eye Doctor in Englewood, CO today. Before I had the exam I had no idea that I had insurance, but I do and that helped offset the costs for the exam and glasses. Fair prices for the exam and eye glasses with the options I wanted. I was given three different options and shown a number of pairs of glasses that were covered under my insurance plan similar to the pair of glasses that I picked out that was not covered under my insurance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Leuenberger for the past few years and I can’t recommend him (and the rest of the MyEyeDr team) enough. His exams are comprehensive and he is intentional about understanding my specific vision issues and goals before getting started. I also tend to ask lots of questions throughout the exam and while some of my previous providers have gotten a little frustrated and rushed me out of the exam room, Dr. L always takes the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. It’s obvious he knows his stuff and it’s honestly a pleasure visiting the office.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in on my scheduled time and no one told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for my appointment. Someone should've called me before I wasted my gas and was told that my insurance wouldn't pay for my appointment when I got there. So I thought I would try them again and I called to make an appointment and the girl that made my appointment over the phone gave me the wrong time. So they tod me I could wait to see if the other person scheduled would show up. So I left and went somewhere else. Just beware of thes incompetent people. Cusomer service is horrible!
