Becky was awesome, took extra time to help with having problems re adjusting to the new glasses. She took the time to look up my old prescriptions and to see what could be wrong.

It’s just too bad that you can’t give a place no stars b/c the people working here on the afternoon of 2/21/23 were about as rude & disrespectful as they come. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Traffic was exceptionally bad & I got caught behind a school bus on my way there from the hospital (where my father is dying). The employees were all sitting around texting when I arrived @ 3:10 for my 3 o’clock appointment. I told them I was there for my appointment & gave the woman my name. She said I had to reschedule b/c they only allow a 10 minute window. I told her it was 3:10 & another woman sitting behind the desk looked up from her phone to tell me that “their clock said 3:11.” The woman rescheduling my appointment told me they didn’t have anything available until April 7. I left, went online & there were appointments available this Friday! So not only are the employees rude & disrespectful, but they are liars. The last time I got glasses here, they told me that they might not come back from the place that makes the lenses b/c a lot of stealing has been going on…Fortunately they did come back but WHAT??? SERIOUSLY?! STEALING?! And they wanted to “warn” me about it?! This place is seriously messed up. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Me and my spouse both worked with Courtney and might I add she did an amazing job being patient with us as we picked out 4 pair of glasses and customized a pair that took quite some time… she did not rush us over time and made sure that we were satisfied Brit leaving… after assisting us with are new pair, she fixed are current worn down pair that were brought into the store by heating and tightening my arms and inserting a screw in my spouse frames and removing the tape that was being used to hold up my spouse frames. Thank you Courtney for all that you do. Happy new years. Also, Dr. Chloe Janson was amazing as well. She was quick and professional and was also happy to answer all of my curious questions about the eye. She pulled up a model eyeball and pointed out and showed me all the answers to my curious questions.
