Had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. Brenda and Patience were extremely helpful and understanding, they do an amazing job. Can’t thank them enough for helping me with my contact lens needs.

The receptionist immediately highlighted my state insurance. Was rude from the beginning and continued to make jokes after I sat down to the point where my ten year old daughter said we should just leave. That’s what we did…I’m sad that my daughter had to listen to such simple minded judgmental behavior.

Dr John Knuth and his staff are wonderful! The young woman who fit my glasses today was amazing, like clinic manager level amazing! I haven’t seen customer service like that in a long time, and in addition to Dr Knuth’s top notch provider skills, we will keep coming back every year. The clinic is clean and organized. The assortment of frames fits almost any budget AND satisfied different taste in colors and sizes. I also get my contacts here because there’s literally no reason to go anywhere else!
