Highly recommend. Best lenses I have received from an optometrist office & I have astigmatism in both eyes & have worn glasses since 1st grade 😃 Dr. Julie is so kind & engaging & answered every tedious question as well as showing me details of my scans. Tech was VERY efficient & knowledgeable & kind. Reception went above & beyond to answer my insurance & cost- to- me questions in & kind & willing to help manner. Very impressed. Especially like being able to schedule appt & pre register online. Beautiful office in an historic building was a delight , too.

I love MyEyeDr. downtown! I’ve been going to Dr. Julie Weibert for about eight years now, and she is a great Dr. She always helps me pick out the best contacts for my daily use - I use dailys, because I get dry eyes with the monthlys, whereas dailys are fresh, clear and the perfect moisture level for my eyes every day.
The rest of the staff is great too! Always so kind and helpful. I was running late to my last appointment and called ahead to let them know. Instead of full on cancelling and rescheduling me for another day, they cancelled the one I had, and got me a new appointment that same morning just about 40 minutes later. The glasses department always hooks me up with the best deals for what my budget allows, and find me the best styles. The fit is always perfection.
I actually live an hour away from this location now, whereas I used to live about 10-15 minutes away, and I make the drive because I trust them so much with my eyes.
I highly recommend you trust Dr. Weibert and her office with your eyes - she’ll take excellent care of you!

I’ve been going here for 5 years and never had an issue before. Being flexible and empathetic goes a long way with customer service. There are some new ladies at the counter who seem to not understand that when there are special events on the circle down town accompanied with construction, finding parking can be very difficult. I called the office when I realized I’d be a little late upon releasing there are no convenient parking spots. They told me I had 10 minutes which I thought was reasonable but with the stop lights down town and the one ways taking me further I had to park somewhere illegally near by and run in to confirm that I was here but just needed a little more time to find a space. I signed the paper they gave me and they said now you have to be back in 5 minutes. I ran out got in my car and lucky someone was leave a space two blocks away and I took it and ran full speed back cause I did want to have to reschedule. I was on my knees throwing up on the circle from how hard I ran. Sweat and tears running down my face. I know those ladies were just following their rules and policies. But they were not busy in there at all. My appointment was at 9:40am. When I first got there it was 9:47 and when I found the spot and ran back after vomiting outside of their office it was 10:02am and they told me unfortunately they still had to reschedule because of their policies. I get that rules are rules but that’s a bit rigid given what I had to go through. I’m now changing eye doctors to somewhere more easily accessible. I forgive the ladies. I know they were just trying to do their jobs. But this was an awful experience that I would wish on no one. Could I have woken up earlier, sure. Could I have looked to see if there were any events happening on the circle, yeah of course. But that’s a lot just for and eye exam and to get glasses not to mention all the gas and time I wasted. I feel really humiliated that I tried so hard. But that was my choice. If you set an appointment here regardless of them not being busy or not, still try to come into the city at least 30minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment. I’ll take some of the blame, in hopes that maybe in the future you’re front counter worker won’t be so rigid. Thank you.
