I now owe $174 because my plan does not cover my contact lens fitting. However, this facility knew it wouldn't be covered and did not tell me. I would not come to this facility unless you want to pay more than you expect. I would not have gotten the contact fitting had I known. I mostly wear glasses. It's such a shame to lose 2 patients over this.

Went about a month ago and had a great experience. Eye appointment went quickly, and when it came time to pick out frames, they helped me decide between a few options. The only downside was that they estimated my glasses would be done by 7-10 days, however they weren't ready for 14 days. And I had to go in and check/call before they called me. Not enough to knock them down a full star, but frustrating none the less.

I visited MyEyeDr for the first time today. Everyone was super friendly. Dr. Finley explained everything really well. During my frame selection the staff were really patient and helpful throughout. I also appreciated that when I booked an appointment online they asked for my pronouns and respected that during my visit. Overall will definitely be back!
