The lady who greeted me today was very graceful. I cannot say the same for the doctor (old, cranky donkey) or the cashier (unprofessional nose ring). I’m sorry she has to work with them.

From the moment I walked in and before I said anything to her, the woman at the front desk was just rude, short and inconsiderate. Apparently I was interrupting here social media time from what I could see looking down at the desk. I've been coming here for years but will absolutely be finding another company to work with. Unfortunate that is how they think customers should be treated.

I been needing my glasses for a while and the fact that the doctor even told me I need them because I need them for work and to see in general. I been coming for 1 week and I can’t get them because the doctor is not there and they can’t give it to me because he/she is not there. I don’t live close, I work, I have my kid, and I can’t go every day since I can’t see that good to drive . Hopefully this gets better
