Ok, I rated 5 cause it needed a rating lol but I have to switch offices from Southbury to Lake Wood due to insurance which doesn’t make sense but not a problem. I am reading the reviews cause I am going to my first appointment there at 1215 to see if I have Ted’s cause I do have graves and eyes that have been affected. The point being is I hope it goes smooth cause well first was at Watertown for a long time which I loved the dr that has retired. So I worked in Southbury so it made sense to go there then moved to Oxford which was fine, I also like it. So now on my third office so I will be back with how this office is. So hope I can continue seeing them too!

My mom had an appointment June 26. They called her to change it to May 29 9:40 in the morning. She said yes cause she was gonna have to reschedule either way because she’s gonna be out of the country fine no problem. She has never missed one of her appointments at this office. She has attend every single appointment in the last 25 years. You cannot catch her miss an appointment we showed up this morning 940 on the dot go to check-in. Oh well you didn’t confirm your appointment we gave your appointment away not even we gave your appointment away. It’s all the system kicked you out and schedule somebody else so we’re gonna have to put you back in. We called you yesterday and we called you today. I’m like when did you call me today? Oh, they called me at 9:23 this morning to check if I was coming for my 940 appointment which I was getting ready for to come fine they said all the system you have to conform your appointment. Otherwise your appointment is canceled. That’s a lie. No doctor office unless you’re a small business or a local office. Do you have to confirm an appointment cause I have the same doctor, but I go to Southbury they made us wait 45 minutes to see if somebody would potentially cancel or not show up was trying to fit us in for 1145 when I took time off to bring her to an appointment then completely lied to our face that oh it’s a new system. Their office only have the new system again you are lying. The front desk is lying the consultant for the glasses lying you’re lying to my face they don’t even try approach us. Nothing was not apologetic. This is why nobody wants to go to their office. This is why you have a 2.3 rating on yelp and a 3.3 on Google cause y’all are liars not even tried to reschedule for the next nearest appointment. Nothing just blankly lied to us wanted us to wait hours there for somebody to potentially cancel and continue to not acknowledge that you’re wrong. I showed them the email. I showed them the text message. Nothing said confirm your appointment for tomorrow nothing said ever say confirm your appointment but guess what you wanna tell me oh if you don’t confirm your appointment the system. Gives your appointment away, but I don’t understand there’s no system that will potentially kick you out for an appointment unless you cancel and give it to somebody so this office needs new management. It needs new employee. It needs better people because all of them are just straight up liars in there.

I came to read some reviews here and on Dr. So’s page after my experience to see if anyone had similar complaints, and I found that I wasn’t the only one. Dr. So was rude and rushed throughout the appointment. On top of that, he was wearing a mask and speaking extremely fast, to the point that I could barely understand him.

I had an appointment that I had scheduled and confirmed several times with this office, through those alerts you send out. I am a previous customer here, when I showed up for my appointment the receptionist said my appointment was canceled. Nobody called me an canceled it, I had just confirmed the appointment the day before.

I’ve been coming here for several years to see Dr. Kevin So. He sees me, my kids and my husband and we are all always satisfied with his care! He’s very patient with us! Absolutely love it here!
