I absolutely do not recommend this provider. I bought expensive PURE eyeware, along with a warranty. Took them back within one year as the lenses had a crack. They took them, said they were under warranty, called me said they were in only for me to arrive and find out only the lenses had been returned. Not the frames. Then they took them and replaced them with the wrong frames. They took them back again and said they would reorder them with the correct frames. After three weeks, they called me and said they would not remake the glasses as "they had remade them too many times". They also would not refund my money. What kind of warranty is this? I've been a patient of My EyeDr for 7 years. I will no longer be.

Great place. Dr.Butts explained everything so it could be better understood. Had the appointment Monday was told ot would take 7-10 business days for my sons glasses to come back. Was able to pick them up 2 days later instead of 7.

I chose some glasses on my own without help and when I got them I wasn’t happy. They ended up exchanging them for me without any hesitation. Val spent so much time helping me pick out the best glasses for my face, which was no easy task! She made my experience exceptional. They are often pretty busy and sometimes you have to wait for someone to be available to help you, but when they do help you, it’s the best costumer service you can receive. Both times my order was placed, I received my glasses quicker than the estimated time given. Just over a week- very pleased and will be coming back here for all my eyeglasses needs!
