From the moment we walked in, we were helped immediately. Staff were were helpful and pleasant. They had expertise that made CHOOSING frames easier and handling insurance. We had our service dog with us and she was welcome as well The optometrist was very thorough. I recommend them highly.

Mika was so incredibly helpful! I sincerely appreciate her expertise and kindness. I usually find the experience of buying new glasses to be stressful, but with Mika's help it was a fun experience.

This place is horrific. I’ve made the mistake of coming back the last 3 years, for my annual physical, purely out of ease of location - but, I’ve never had a good experience. There has been at least one issue every time I’ve gone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Today was the end for me. I hit traffic on the way from work, and called to apologize and tell them I’d be no more than 10 minutes late, to which the woman replied, “He only allows 5 minutes.” - with nothing else. So, I responded with, “There’s nothing I can do about traffic on York Rd. - so are you saying I shouldn’t come?” And she said “No- I guess it’s fine this time.” THEN, I finally arrived and they took me in - started to do the tests, and then, AFTER the tests were done - said that my insurance only covers appointments and contacts every two years, so I’d have to pay out of pocket. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I have pulled up my insurance information and double checked it. I left before they could do the exam. This branch is rude, unknowledgeable and I have no idea how it’s still in business. I will, finally, be taking my business elsewhere.
