The entire staff was helpful and I had the best customer care experience from the dr, store managers and technicians. They did an excellent job in filling my very difficult prescription and did not rest until I was completely satisfied. The manager and head technician always made me feel comfortable and shared great knowledge with me to ensure my glasses were a great fit and functional which took a lot of patience and persistence on their part. A++++ job!!!

Great experience with staff here. From check in with Aracely she had everything prepared and ready for us. Dr Conan was great and throughly explained to me and my daughter the exam and answer questions we had. Jeffrey was phenomenal as well. During our checkout process reviewing the bill and explaining the rebate! Thank you all !

Eye exam was scheduled easily and there was no wait. Exam by Dr. Conanan was professional and addressed any and all concerns. Jeffrey did a great job helping me pick out eye glasses and sunglasses. We went through many glasses and narrowed it down to some good ones that I was happy with.

Dr. Conanan and Brian are the dream team!! Dr. Conanan took his time during the appointment and took all my concerns seriously. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was understandable. Brian is amazing and so funny! He was so patient and encouraging while teaching me how to put in and take out my contacts. This was the best eye appointment I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend this office to everyone!

Horrible experience. Will not return. Took over two months to get glasses. Excuses, blame, lies. The gentleman that initially sold me my glasses needs retraining in customer service or to be fired. Rudely told me I was welcome after my third visit to recieve my glasses. The optometrist was excellent. A shame the service, competance, attitude and excellence was not in despencing eyeware.

I always have a wonderful experience at this location. Staff are super friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Dr. C is a great doctor and very knowledgeable.
