I had the worse experience at this location. Rude customer service with a younger employee-had to get assistance from someone with more experienced who was really nice-selected a transitional frame-glasses that got all scratched up despite having the coating-scratch resistance. This is the second time this has happened. I haven’t done anything to have the lenses scratched so bad that it affects my vision. The first time this happened was at an Atlanta location and the second time at the sugarloaf location. in July 2022. I need new glasses because of it.

3 years ago I gave a 5 star rating when it was Sugarloaf eyecare. Changing because of new vendor. The only reason I am still going is because I like Dr. Christenson. The service is awful. Had an appointment at 240 and didn't leave until after 530. Not because of the Dr. checkup but because they had only one person who could fit for glasses.

We had previously been pretty satisfied with my eye Dr and its many locations. But this week we tried to schedule 2 appointments back to back, no problem. Except when we arrived they say there is a problem and we were contacted the day before to let us know there had been a change. Only there was no contact and we had no Idea of the change. No offer to make it right just sorry you don't have a slot we promise you had. Now I have to take off work again for another appointment!
