My last visit to the clinic was an excellent experience overall. The way a simple check- up, should be. I was assisted by Sarah and despite my asking questions she remained exceedingly patient and amiable, providing thorough, and insightful answers. Thanks again !

The front desk receptionist were very rude, I stood waiting in line for her. She said ten minutes it went until 30 minutes and then it went to her being on ft with other co workers laughing. Back to ignoring me again. I will not be coming back or this location only to pick my glasses up if possible. Still standing in line and I started at 4:44 pm and it’s 5:25 now

Called me the day before my exam with a lie about their booking platform “having issues”. Computers don’t make mistakes - people do. It’s not difficult to admit to, but wasting my time was unacceptable. Edit in response to owner response: You called me day of then emailed me. Everything you are saying is fiction and has nothing to do with any system on earth. There’s nothing to look at with IT - further leaning into this stupid concept is concerning. Anyway, 1800 contacts will do an eye exam for 20$ - use them instead and save a TON of money and time. These people are clearly fictitious.
