Everyone I interacted with at the NC-Durham-Southpoint location was wonderful! Jannah was especially great at helping me pick a flattering frame. I'm very happy with my new glasses and will definitely be returning to this location for future appointments.

Very disappointed in the service provided at this My Eye Dr location. Most available appointments are completed by virtual optometrists which results in frequent technical glitches. Additionally, the virtual optometrists are not on the same medical record as the in-person optometrist so they are not able to see past exam details. My wife was also a patient at this location but was recently turned away for being 11 minutes late since that is 1 minute past their grace period, despite being the only patient in the clinic at 10am on a weekday. I understand organizations have their policies but I think there should be some degree of leniency when the office is not busy.

I absolutely love MyEyeDr. at Southpoint! I would not trust anyone else with my eye health. Their selection of eyeglasses are also very fashionable! Ashton is a jewel to work with! She is so patient and kind…she also has a great eye for what looks good on you! When you go there, ask for Ashton—you will not be disappointed!

I had the BEST first time visit going to Myeyedr in Durham. Dr.Raess was so amazing and went above and beyond in my exam. She recognized I needed treatment for my astigmatism that I previously was told I didn’t and my vision is much better now with the correct contacts! I got new glasses too. I would recommend going here 10/10!!!

I waited over a month to get an appointment for a contact fitting. I confirmed with their email a week prior. I pre-registered with all my insurance information. I got a text and an email the day before. I showed up for my appointment at 5:40 and was told it was canceled and they could not help me. That’s unacceptable. I guess their patients time isn’t important. Consider going somewhere else.

Writing this review from their waiting room because of how ridiculously long I’ve been here. Arrived at 3:20pm for a 3:40 appointment. First time here…. Didn’t realize it was a “hybrid” office until after the appointment started. After passing me from person to person, finally got to see the doc on ZOOM for 5 mins. At 5:45 pm, over two hours since I’ve arrived, I’m still waiting to get a paper so I can leave. I’ve never had a doctors appointment in my entire life take this long. What gives?
