I was out of town for the holidays and had one of my contacts rip and I had no back ups. I called this location and spoke to Olivia who was so nice in helping me get a new pair last minute. When I couldn’t make it in time, she called me to let me know they were closing early but would leave the contacts in an envelope for me with my name on it on the door. Above & beyond, thank you so much Olivia for being a life saver!!

The actual experience in house was fantastic, but the quality of the glasses and the price I paid and the 3 weeks I waited for them were not fantastic. I got Ray Bans with all the hoopla features you can pay for like Polarized. These "sunglasses" are so light I wear them driving to work at 5am when it's pitch black. And in the picture you can see the mess ups and those create rainbows in my peripheral vision (which is extremely sensitive). Very disappointed. Also, they are not polarized like I paid $150 for

Having just moved to South Carolina, I was blind (no pun intended) when looking for a new eye doctor. Several people referred me to this location of MyEyeDr, and I'm so glad I went. The doctor was great and and explained everything to me when I had questions about a prescription change. The Office Manager, Olivia, was fantastic with getting my contacts ready for me immediately and giving me exactly what I needed for a rebate and so that I could get new glasses as soon as I need them. There was no pressure for any kind of purchase -- this office is all about patient well-being and satisfaction!
