Very welcoming family like feel when I walked in. Tasha is super amazing and super helpful and greeted me like she’s known me forever! Freddy has magical powers!! He walked over to the wall and picked out a pair and as I tried on 5 different pair and could not feel “the one”, Freddy handed me the first pair he grabbed and those were it!! He knew what I wanted before I did!!! Dr. Ly was awesome! She took the time to explain every little detail of my exam! I LOVE MYEYEDR. !!!!!

Used to really love this place when it was Las Colinas Vision Center but now that they sold out to MyEyeDr its not as good. Dr Park is still awesome, very thorough and answers any questions. On my latest visit they tried to tell me if I didn't use all my insurance that day that I would lose it, like if i only bought 3 mos instead of 1 yr of contacts I would lose the rest. This is not true at all, it is a scare tactic. The manager telling the rep wouldn't even come out and talk to me about this statement. Always be aware of your benefits and don't believe what they tell you. They immediately realized it wasn't true when I pushed back. Not ordering contacts from them again!!

Super friendly and helpful. Amy was a delight and the front receptionist was very kind. I was in town for the week and ran out of contacts and they were kind enough to find some 30-day contacts for my convenience! If I lived in Texas this would be my location of choice!
