I had a very good experience with scheduling, registration, and evaluation at the FallsChurch, VA location. Dr. Al-Sayyad was friendly, professional, and provided a thorough examination and follow up. The technicians were efficient and Natalie was particularly helpful. I plan to return next year for my annual evaluation.

Rude staff, very unprofessional. Only the eye doctor was nice but the staff were terrible. They put me on hold in a phone call for 25 minutes and hung up. I do not recommend.

I would rate a 4-point star for my glasses took long to make, about a month of wait time. But despite the incident, staff are very friendly and would explain all details you should need to know. Special commendation to their General Manager, Nida Hassan, who expertly helped place an order for my contact lenses. I was told that items will arrive in 1-2 weeks time, but arrived in just 4 days! This is an honest review and I'm surprised of their current review of 2.3, which is really far from actual experience!!
