My Eye Doctor is a trendy office in Yonkers that has a great selection of eye wear. Maegan was a super friendly receptionist & she also helped me choose my frames. I highly recommend the Mclean Ave location in Yonkers.

I ordered new lenses five weeks ago, and was promised they would arrive in about seven days. There is no indication when they will arrive. The employees at this office act as if it is not there problem. In response to your reply below: Thanks for reaching out and our conversation. I appreciate your disappointment at the delays and the lack of responsiveness I experienced. Perhaps the problem I experienced is only with this one location. It's unfortunate that there isn't a more direct way to contact your company in the event of a problem. I would have preferred not to air this problem on social media, but was left no alternative.

My Eye Doctor is a great office. They have very convenient online scheduling. I went in to check out the frames before making an appointment & Maegan was very informative & professional. I would definitely recommend!
