I liked the doctor I saw, but was pushed to get lenses for a very minor adjustment in my prescription. When my lenses came in they had a difficult time getting one of them out and now my glasses don't fit the same. They worked great for the last 1.5 years, but now they feel loose and constantly slide down. I've seen gone back to get them adjusted twice with only temporary relief. Update: Someone from myeyedoctor reached out. Asked two questions, then stopped responding. It's been nearly a month since they last replied. I've since obtained new glasses that I can wear without getting a headache.

I have been patiently waiting for safety glasses that my job requires for a month. No one seems to have an answer for the delay and have been dismissive on providing information as to when I would receive my glasses. This is my first time with this company and the customer service is sub par. The staff takes my number every time but never returns calls to keep me posted on the progress of my glasses. Not a happy customer as these are needed for work.
