Dr Nguyen and her staff have been very knowledgable and my yearly visits are always pleasant. I have never had a negative experience w/ anyone there. Making an appointment has never been a hassle. 🫶 Its odd that the negative reviews are issues about their frames and lenses being made which is done from a 3rd party so those negative reviews should be moved to the correct party 🤔 The doctor and staff that work IN the office have no control over the staff at the lab (remember- 3rd party) when it comes to those frame and lenses. Also, depends on how blind you are and how much you invest in those lenses… so if it isnt flush, well why blame the staff again? Its either your choice on how much you want to spend or because your vision is so bad the technology to make them look thin and flush w/ the frame hasnt been invented yet. I’m pretty much legally blind and am self aware that no matter how much I spend on my lenses, they will never be thin to be in flush w/ the frame. But hey what do I know, this is just my two cents since most people aren’t aware about things like this. The more you know. Downside- parking downtown can be a bit stressful depending on the time you need to be at your appointment. But thats not the doctor or the staffs fault either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Reiterating- This is a review about the people who work IN the office/clinic and have no control over what goes on OUTSIDE the office. ✌️

I really want to give them 5 stars. They gave me an appointment right away and were flexible. The doctor was very attentive. The gentleman helping me pick my glasses was very patient. But I have been waiting three weeks for my glasses. The lab made them wrong the first time but that was two weeks ago. There should be a way to get the lab to expedite my order if it was wrongly made at first.

Went in with my broken frame and they fixed my glasses no questions asked and was done within 10 minutes. The best service I’ve received at any optometrist. Extremely friendly staff.
