I have had the worst experience ever with this office. Not once but twice. The first time somehow my appointment was cancelled and my daughter's was confirmed on the same day. Makes no sense. Then today when I come in my appointment has been cancelled; reason given is because I did not confirm through a callback. Had no idea I'd been called or cancelled. I did receive numerous text messages reminding me of my appointment without the option to confirm or deny. I have never had to go through this at other offices; particularly the one on Lane. It is very disheartening and it is a waste of my time. Please do better so no one else has to experience such lack of concern.

Have been using My Eye Dr for years. The doctor I was seeing at another location retired so I started going to the Riverside location. I never had anything but great experiences with the San Jose location and Dr Watts. First, the Dr I saw in Riverside was great - no issues. Staff, in person, was kind. However, my experience since has been very disappointing. They emailed me my prescription on 11/9. I replied, with a simple question that was not answered. Kindly emailed again on 11/10 in case it was missed - again no answer. I did not want to be annoying, so waited 2 days until 11/12, where my inquiry was again not answered. Followed up again with a concise email, politely worded with 2 simple questions on 11/16 and now it is 11/17 and still no reply. Not sure in what world this is considered an acceptable level of care, effort or customer service. Very disappointing.

Apparently poor service, inept staff and delivery problems is the norm at this location. If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered sunglasses for my husband over 5 weeks ago. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks and given excuses every time and even told they were shipped and would be in in 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Called again and talked to 3 people and waited 20 min on the phone. In addition to never getting the glasses , the eyeglass associate tried to charge us $50 more than the frame price and then reduced the price on that line and picked up the $50 charge farther down the receipt for mirror coating we didn’t even order. I called about that the next day with zero resolution and no real reason for that $50 charge. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this scam joint to keep looking for a reputable place to do business.
